Federica is a founding partner of the firm. She practises between the Bologna and Rome offices, with her main base in Bologna.
 
She has gained almost 20 years of experience in corporate governance of listed companies and in compliance work, with particular reference to anti-corruption, privacy/personal data protection, corporate criminal liability under Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and corporate law.
 
Federica is regularly appointed by listed companies as an independent director/chairman/member of their board committees. She is also frequently appointed by listed and unlisted companies to their Boards of Statutory Auditors and as a chairman/member of their Supervisory Bodies.
 
She graduated in Law from ‘La Sapienza’ University of Rome in 2003 and holds an LLM in Corporate Law. She has been a member of the Italian Bar since 2006.
 
Prior to founding the firm, Federica was a senior manager at KPMG Tax & Legal.
