PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy describes the methods for managing the personal data relating to Users who browse www.vega-law.com by sending requests for information or even through simple browsing. This privacy statement is given pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 ("Privacy Code") and EU Regulation 679/2016 ("General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data" or GDPR", GDPR together with the Privacy Code, also "Privacy Legislation"), and is to be considered as privacy statement pursuant to paragraph 13 GDPR to those who browse www.vega-law.com (respectively "Users" and "Site") and is intended limited to the browsing the Site and does not apply to other websites that may be reached through external links.
 
THE DATA CONTROLLER
Personal data relating to identified or identifiable natural persons might be processed by browsing the Site. TYPE OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
The personal data processed by browsing the Site are:
Navigation data
The IT systems and the software procedures for the operation of the Site, while being normally used, collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit while using the internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be connected to any identified persons, yet it could make Users be identified where processed and connected with other data. The IP addresses or the domain names through which the users connect to the Site fall within this category of data.
 
Personal data provided by the User voluntarily
The Users are supposed to provide their personal data (i.e. name, surname, address, phone number, email) by the Site, where they ask to be provided with legal services.
 
PLACE AND METHOD OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The personal data are processed by Vega Law within Countries of the European Economic Area.
Third parties (i.e. technical service suppliers, hosting providers, IT companies, etc.) instructed by Vega Law and duly appointed as data processors pursuant to paragraph 28 GDPR, might be granted the access to personal data. An updated list of the data processors can be requested to the Data Controller anytime. Personal and browsing data are electronically processed until the purposes for which the data is collected are reached.
Specific security measures have been adopted to prevent any loss of data, any unlawful use of the data and any unauthorised access to the data.
 
SOURCE OF DATA AND SCOPE OF PROCESSING
The personal date voluntarily provided by the Users by filling the Site form out or emailing are processed in order to run the queries posted by the Users. The applications related to the operation of the Site collect, during their normal operation, certain data (the transmission of which is implicit while using the Internet communication protocols) which, however, are not directly associated with Users. The data collected may also include, by way of example, the IP address, domain names and browser type of the computers used to connect to the Site, the time of the request sent by the User, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the code disclosing the status of the response given by the server and other parameters relating the operating system and the computer environment used by the User. Such data are collected for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct operation and do not allow, in any case, to identify the User and are therefore to be considered anonymous; however, such data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of any computer offences to the detriment of the Site.
 
OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
In addition to what has been specified for browsing data, the User is free to provide personal data where filling in forms or emailing throughout the Site. Personal data provided voluntarily by filling in forms or emailing are communicated to third parties only if strictly necessary for the purposes of running the inquiries made by the User. The hosting provider may have access to the data only when technical intervention is required in order to preserve the functionality and security of the Site and/or the data. Browsing data are not disseminated or communicated to external parties.
 
CONSENT TO THE DATA PROCESSING
Users can freely provide their personal data by filling in the forms on the Site or by emailing. Failure to provide personal data may result in the impossibility of obtaining the information or services that may be requested by the Users.
Browsing does not require that personal data be processed, it implies the collection of anonymous browsing data.
The User has the right to refuse consent to the use of cookies by disabling cookies (www.allaboutcookies.org).
 
 DATA RETENTION
Personal data will be retained for the periods of time as provided by the law.
 
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
The Users are entitled at any time, when the conditions set forth by the law are met, to have confirmation of the existence of such data and to be acquainted with its contents, to verify its source and to require its rectification, integration, updating or limitation of the processing (sections 15-22 of the Regulation).
The User is also entitled to request that his/her data are deleted, turned into anonymous or blocked, as well as to object, for lawful reasons, to its processing.

With reference to their personal data, the Users are also entitled to submit complaints to the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it)
 
AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy may change over time. Any changes to this privacy policy will be noticed by the Site.
 
COOKIES
Cookies are text files that are sent by the Site to the User’s terminal device when he/she browses the Site. Cookies are stored on the User’s terminal device and sent back to the Site when the Users re-browse the Site.
The Site uses only technical and analytics cookies. The Sites does not use any profiling cookies able to monitor and evaluate the Users themselves while browsing, their habits, websites preferences, for marketing and advertising purposes.
