Pietro is a founding partner of the firm. He practises between the London and Bologna offices, with his main base in London.
 
He specialises in commercial, banking and financial litigation, both in Italy and in England and Wales, where he is regularly instructed in proceedings before the various divisions of the High Court of Justice in London (King's Bench Division, Commercial Court, Technology and Construction Court). He has developed particular expertise in the field of conflict of laws and jurisdiction.
 
Pietro graduated in Law from the University of Bari in 1998. In 2003 he obtained a PhD in Criminal Procedure from the University of Foggia, where he was a Research Fellow from 2003 to 2006.
 
He has been a member of the Italian Bar since 2003. In England and Wales, Pietro practised first as a Registered European Lawyer under the EU Directive on the free establishment of lawyers (2007-2020), then as a Freelance Solicitor. He is authorised to practise and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales (SRA number: 811127)
